The Spanish Club is open to all students currently enrolled in a Spanish course. The club activities are normally held at South Campus, with some activities occurring off campus or at North. The Spanish Club provides the opportunity for students to experience additional Spanish culture, including music, food, dance, and movies. Past activities have included movie night, a Spanish dance and music show in Milwaukee, the annual Holiday Folk Fair, dinner at a Mexican restaurant, immersion night, the annual foreign language scavenger hunt, and a Cinco de Mayo festival. Activities are announced in Spanish class and over announcements. Come join the club! Vamos a divertirnos!
Note: Participation in at least three Spanish club events is one of the requirements to be considered for induction into the Spanish Honor Society.
